SA Preschool Boost Social and Emotional Language
SASEL
The Social and Emotional Language program is designed to provide you with a foundation for understanding children's emotions, emotional regulation and social competencies. The workshop covers resources, tools, modelling behaviour and various strategies that can help you effectively promote and support social and emotional learning.
Introduction:
This program is delivered as a 2.5-hour online workshop, and it also includes:
- 1 Big Book for your service, as well as a toolkit containing 3 finger puppets and 3 picture books (including Little Book Press titles) to enhance your learning and implementation. These resources are seamlessly integrated into the workshop delivery, equipping you with tools to incorporate into your planning and curriculum, while also offering valuable assets to share with families after the session.
- A certificate of attendance
- A copy of the slide deck,
- A 12-month membership to the online learning group forum. This platform provides access to expert trainers from Raising Literacy Australia, who will share inquiry prompts, research insights, and practical strategies.
